Sinocourts sand surface type has a higher quality and good stability. It is composed of four layers.1:wear-resistance layer 2:stable layer 3:foam layer 4:bottom layer.
The wear resistance layer is a most important factor to decide floor's quality.The thicker thickness of anti-wear layer, the longer floor can be used.Also it is a main factor to decide the floor price.
How to check the stable layer is good or bad? The stable layer quality is mainly reflected in glass fiber. Lower price floor is mainly produced if it is produced by two layers glass fiber, it is more difficult to be remove and tore.
As for foam layer.it is also easy to understand. there are two colors or one color for different thickness.the best quality is no calcuim powder.there is no harmful substance for athletes and players.
Sinocourts special bottom layer is very popular in our customer.It presents honeycomb hexagon apperance.This kind of design function is not easy to make the floor move.
Sand surface main color is green. our customer also customized red color.About the thickness are 4.5mm,5.0mm,6.0mm,7.0mm and 8.0mm.
4.5mm and 5.0mm thickness floor are mainly used for exercise or recreation.the thicker thickness such as 6.0mm,7.0mm or 8.0mm,we always advise customer to install it in the competition indoor sports court.
