PVC, the full name is Polyvinylchlorid, the main component is polyvinyl chloride, bright color, corrosion resistance, durable. Rigid PVC is one of the most widely used plastic materials. PVC is actually a kind of vinyl polymer material, its material is a kind of non-crystalline material. PVC is being produced and used worldwide at a growth rate of 4%. PVC can be divided into soft PVC and hard PVC. Hard PVC accounts for about 2/3 of the market, and soft PVC accounts for 1/3. Soft PVC is used in the surface layer of floor, ceiling and leather commonly, but because soft PVC contains softener (this also is the distinction of soft PVC and hard PVC), easy to become brittle, not easy to preserve, so its use range was limited. Hard PVC does not contain softener, so it is flexible, easy to form, not easy to be brittle, non-toxic and pollution-free, long preservation time, so it has great development and application value. Soft PVC is used to make vacuum blister film, used in the surface packaging of all kinds of panels, so it is also known as decorative film, attached film, applied in building materials, packaging, medicine and other industries. Rubber is divided into natural rubber and synthetic rubber. Natural rubber is mainly derived from three-leaf rubber tree, when the skin of this rubber tree is cut, it will flow out of milky white juice, called latex, latex condensation, washing, molding, drying that is natural rubber. Synthetic rubber is made by artificial synthesis. Different kinds of rubber can be synthesized from different materials (monomers).

General rubber refers to the rubber used in place of natural rubber in part or in whole, such as styrene butadiene rubber, butadiene rubber, isoprene rubber, mainly used in the manufacture of tires and general industrial rubber products. The demand of general rubber is big, it is the main variety of synthetic rubber.

Styrene-butadiene rubber styrene-butadiene rubber is produced by copolymerization of butadiene and styrene. It is the most widely used synthetic rubber, including emulsion styrene-butadiene rubber, dissolved styrene-butadiene rubber and thermoplastic rubber (SBS).

Butadiene rubber is prepared by solution polymerization. Butadiene rubber has excellent cold resistance, abrasion resistance and elasticity, and good aging resistance. Most of the butadiene rubber used in the production of tires, a small part of the manufacturing cold products, buffer materials and tape, rubber shoes. The disadvantages of butadiene rubber are poor tear resistance and poor wet resistance.

Isoprene rubber isoprene rubber is the abbreviation of polyisoprene rubber. Isoprene rubber, like natural rubber, has good elasticity, abrasion resistance, heat resistance and chemical stability. The strength of isoprene rubber raw rubber (before processing) is significantly lower than that of natural rubber, but its quality uniformity and processing performance are better than that of natural rubber. Isoprene rubber can replace natural rubber to make heavy-duty tires and off-road tires and can also be used in the production of various rubber products.

Ethylene propylene rubber is synthesized from ethylene and propylene as the main raw materials. Ethylene propylene rubber can be filled with a large number of oil and carbon black, product price is lower, ethylene propylene rubber chemical stability, abrasion resistance, elasticity, oil resistance and styrene butadiene rubber close. Ethylene propylene rubber is widely used, can be used as tire side, rubber strip and inner tube and car parts, also can be used as wire, cable cover and high voltage, ultra-high voltage insulation materials. Also can make rubber shoes, sanitary products and other light products.

Chloroprene rubber is made of chlorobutadiene by homopolymerization or a small amount of other monomers. Such as high tensile strength, heat resistance, light resistance, good aging resistance, oil resistance are better than natural rubber, styrene-butadiene rubber, butadiene rubber. It has strong fire resistance and excellent fire resistance, high chemical stability and good water resistance. The disadvantages of neoprene are electrical insulation, poor cold resistance and instability of raw rubber in storage. Neoprene is used in a wide range of applications, such as sheathing materials for conveyor belts and belts, wires and cables, as well as lining oil-resistant hose, gaskets and chemically-resistant equipment.
